Hotel excelente, muito tranquilo, ótima localização frente ao mar, com muito espaço de estacionamento, ótimo pequeno almoço, com empregados(as) simpáticos e eficientes, quartos espacosos com uma boa varanda ideal para um bom momento ao final do dia. Ficámos sete dias neste Hotel e adoramos, aconselhamos aos nossos familiares e amigos.

Only downside if you want to enjoy the local facility is that the pool and nearby areas are rather small for the size of the resort and fill up quickly. Great hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant is expensive with limited vegetarian choices, cocktail bar is professional with over five pages of cocktails choices. Swimming pool is more a shallow relax pool. Breakfast has a variety of mixed foods, juices, fruits, nuts, seeds and coffees. Different massages available, try the one with CBD oils 😉. Overall 4.6 out of 5. Would come here again!

Very big structure, 15 minutes by car from Ponta Delgada. They have 2 swimming pools, one outside and one inside, and access to natural swimming pools on the ocean. A good restaurant and a bar with two different menus and good choice of foods. Very child friendly. We loved our stay there except for two points: cockroaches on the balcony by night, and breakfast not good.

The pool, both inside and outside, are nice and clean. (The outside pool could use an update, but not so much that it is disturbing.)

The resort was beautiful! I went for my honeymoon and will definitely go back! There was a tremendous complimentary breakfast, the food was amazing, and drinks fantastic! The Spa was superb!! Very clean rooms and helpful employees.

 Verificada Not to be posted. ☺Staff. helping us change room, advise on tours. Hearing Quail and Cory's Sheerwater was awesome. Loved that staff are planning to capture stray dog to relocate to a shelter. We were not bothered by the dog taking water from the pool, but it clearly is a disabled dog as it is missing much of its lower jaw from abuse or accident (unlikely birth defect). ☹lack of empathy for stray dog. There should be sign asking guests not to feed it... Would like to see hotel giving food scraps to this malnourished dog.

 Verificada fajny hotel na uboczu ☺- bogate śniadania: duży wybór opcji na ciepło, zimno, słono i słodko, dostępne były również lokalne produkty np. sery; - lokalizacja: plusem na pewno jest spokojna okolica, bliskość klifów i tras spacerowych, piękny widok z hotelu na ocean, centralne położenie hotelu ułatwia zwiedzanie całej wyspy; - pokój był przestronny z dużą szafą na przechowywanie ubrań, szyba pomiędzy łazienką i pokojem to fajny bajer, ale domyślam się, że tylko w przypadku par. ☹- lokalizacja: w najbliższej okolicy hotelu nie ma sklepu, restauracji itp., więc wszędzie trzeba dojechać samochodem

 Verificada Een toplocatie voor een luxe, ontspannen afsluiting van onze vakantie! ☺Het hotel ligt op een prachtige, rustige plek nabij Fenais da Luz en Ribeira Grande. Unieke ligging op een klif direct aan de oceaan, zwembad met terras met prachtig zicht op de zee. Wij hadden ook een kamer met zicht op de zee, geweldig. Heerlijke bedden, verwarmd binnenzwembad en goede apparaten in de fitnessruimte. Kortom, wat je van een dergelijk luxe 5-sterren hotel mag verwachten. Het bedienend personeel in het restaurant en bar waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was prima, veel lekker vers fruit. We hebben zowel lekker in het restaurant als van het barmenu gegeten. Het barmenu kon je op het terras aan het zwembad eten, dat vonden wij heel relaxed. Wij verbleven hier de laatste 4 dagen van onze vakantie om heerlijk te ontspannen van alles wat we gezien en gedaan hebben op San Miguel. Daarvoor is het een perfecte plek. (Langer hoeft voor ons niet) Op 1 dag hebben we nog de korte kustwandeling vanuit het hotel naar Fenais da Luz gelopen, met continue prachtig zicht op de oceaan en de ruige kustlijn, een aanrader. ☹n.v.t.

 Verificada ☺Die Lage ist einzigartig. Das Hotel liegt in einer Bucht am Atlantik, oberhalb einer Steilküste. Man kann bei den Meerblick-Zimmern vom Balkon aus Wale und Delphine beobachten. Die Terrasse mit dem Außenpool st auch in Richtung Atlantik ausgerichtet. ☹Die Speisekarte des qualitativ über ale Zweifel erhabenen Restaurants könnte umfangreicher sein.

 Verificada Nice hotel, great location but not a 5 star property. ☺The location of the property is fantastic if you are after peace and quiet. ☹This absolutely isn’t a 5 star property nor run like one. It’s a solid 3.5-4 star property at a great location.
